America, Stand up for your health!!

OK, so I have been reading this book that is basically about just being happy and taking control of your life (Awaken the Giant Within)  yadda yadda. Anyway, I just read this article and it made me think of the first two steps talked about 1. raise your standards and 2. change your limiting beliefs.(READ ARTICLE BELOW FIRST) Why do these companies provide healthier alternatives than what is offered here in the U.S. To other countries?! BECAUSE THEY HAVE HIGHER STANDARDS!! They (other countries) would NOT eat the junk that these people are feeding to us! So why do we accept less?! Is our health and our bodies less important than those that live in the u.k., For example?! No, of course not! So, we need to raise our standards and stop accepting this poison, since there are obviously better options(even a better option is to just not eat this crap, but that's another rant). And second, we need to believe that if we refuse to consume these foods that the companies will change their views of what America is worth. These few fast food places are not the only food companies that use higher quality ingredients for other countries...google it. It has obviously worked for other countries and it would work for the United States. We just need to believe we are worth it, stand up for ourselves and make them change...
